CONDOLENCE NOTICES - SUBMISSION GUIDE
DEADLINES
MONDAY EDITION
4:00 pm Friday afternoon, and must be prepaid.
THURSDAY EDITION
Notices must be in by 11:30am on Wednesday.
PRICING
In print, $70 inc GST for 80 words. $1 per word thereafter. Logos additional $50. Includes publication online.
Online only, $50 inc GST.
PROOFS
Proofs will be sent via email for confirmation of spelling and text.
Please note that we do not send final artwork. The layout and formatting of notices are managed by another department just prior to printing.
TRANSLATION SERVICES
All advertisements will be translated at no additional charge.
Extensive translations will require a committed minimum advertising size. For private notices, prepayment may be required before the translation is prepared.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS
Please send notification of these via email no later than 11:00am the day prior to publication.

All prices include GST.
Notices placed privately must be prepaid.
Digital Publication - As part of the print advertisement your notice will be published on ilglobo.com and lafiamma.com.au to be able to share with family and friends across Australia, Italy and the World. Online advertisements are only available with print ads. The notice will go live on the same day as it appears in print.&
MULTIPLE PUBLICATIONS
Notices can be placed in one or both editions of Il Globo or La Fiamma.
- 1st edition - Full Price
- 2nd (consecutive) edition (within 7 days) - Half Price
These conditions apply provided no changes are made to the notice.
If placement is for two consecutive Monday editions or two Thursday editions, full cost will apply for each edition.
PUBLICATION IN BOTH NEWSPAPERS
Notices can also be placed in both newspapers for an additional 50%.
