FORMAT AND CONTENTS
Please ensure that ALL information ie - days and dates, times, and especially SPELLING of names - is correct at time of submission.
La Fiamma adheres to certain formats, typefaces, sizes, language registers etc: customers should be aware that unusual requests may not be accommodated, and that we have the right to edit texts accordingly.

PROOFS
We DO NOT send proofs. This is because the layout and formatting of notices are executed in another department just prior to printing.
A draft, however, may be requested.
TRANSLATIONS
Only basic information will be translated into Italian.
Verses, poetry or personal messages will only be translated if they are limited to approx. 10 words. Longer passages will be left in English.
PHOTOS
Photos are now available in colour, refer to costing table below.
Please send these via email, as attachments in JPG format with name of deceased. We also accept photos in hard copy.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS
Please send notification of these via fax or email no later than 2:00 pm the day prior to publication.
COSTINGS
Memorial Notice advertising rates are available here.
All prices include GST.
Notices placed privately must be prepaid.
MULTIPLE PUBLICATIONS
Notices can be placed in one or both editions of La Fiamma.
1st edition - full cost
2nd (consecutive) edition (within 7 days) - additional 50%
These conditions apply provided nothing is added to the notice.
If placement is for two consecutive Monday editions, or two Thursday editions, full cost will apply for each edition.
PUBLICATION ALSO IN IL GLOBO
Notices can also be placed in our Melbourne-based newspaper for an additional 50%.
