• 300g eggless tagliatelle pasta or similar
• 70g caster sugar
• 200g walnut kernels, chopped
• 50g cocoa powder
• 70g breadcrumbs
• Grated zest of 1 lemon
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Strain and mix in sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, lemon zest, breadcrumbs and cocoa.
2. Leave to cool before serving.
