A talk in English by Jacopo Tomatis, author of the volume ‘Storia Culturale della Canzone Italiana’ (Il Saggiatore). Adjunt Professor at the University of Torino, Tomatis will be in Australia as a guest speaker at the XX International Conference of the Iaspm, ‘Turns and Revolutions in Popular Music’, at the Anu School Of Music from June 24 to 28, 2019. As a music journalist, he is the editor of the music magazine ‘Il giornale della musica’ and has collaborated with several Italian magazines and websites.
