    If you like, you can add ham or mushrooms to this dish.

    Serves 4-6

    • 500g red radicchio, chopped
    • 500g sausage, crumbled
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • Lasagne cheets
    • Olive oil

    For the béchamel:
    • 1 L milk
    • 4 tbsp flour
    • Parmesan
    • Nutmeg

    1. Preheat oven to 180˚C.
    2. Heat oil in a large pan and lightly brown the onion.
    3. Add the sausage and cook for a few minutes until browned.
    4. Add the radicchio and cook for several minutes.
    5. Make a béchamel and add to the sausage mixture.
    6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
    7. Line the bottom of a baking tray with lasagne sheets. Create layers of sausage mixture, cheese and lasagne sheets until the ingredients are used up.
    8. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
