Sandhurst Fine Foods launches the Festival of Nonna: A two-week restaurant pop-up on the rooftop of 107 Projects in Redfern. The Festival of Nonna aims to give matriarchs the recognition they deserve by creating a foodie's dream of dinners and workshops which celebrate Italian heritage, flavours and customs from the boot-shaped country. Involved in the Festival is chef Andrew Cibej (Vini, Berta, 121BC); Massimo Mele (La Scala on Jersey); Luca Ciano (of 2 Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan); and Sara Oteri of MasterChef Australia Series 7.
